How does this work? We make the process simple and guide you each step of the way to ensure that your T-Shirt Quilt or Blanket is Keepsake quality. Here’s how the process works:
Order - Place your order using the forms on this page OR through our online shop.
Send Us Your Shirts - If you ordered online, you will receive an email confirming your order with instructions on how to label your shirts, and a mailing label for shipping. You can Download the quilt labeling kit here or Download the blanket labeling kit here.
Please wash your shirts before shipping, but DO NOT CUT THEM (we’ll take care of that!)
Order Review - Once we receive your shirts, one of our amazing staff members will review your order, and contact you with any questions.
Prep - We prep your shirts for production by; trimming, stabilizing, cutting, and balancing your shirts. This step is KEY in the process of creating a Keepsake T-Shirt Quilt or Blanket.
Proofing - We pin your cut shirts up on our design wall and email you a picture for your final approval. This is your final chance for feedback before we sew your shirts together.
Construction - Our expert team now turns your memories into a beautiful quilt or blanket that lasts years.
Shipping - Once completed, we package your new quilt or blanket up safe and secure and send it on its way. You will receive UPS tracking information via email.

Please note: Keepsake T-Shirt Quilts and Blankets does not sell t-shirts. The customer provides all materials used in our blankets and quilts, and our organization is not affiliated with any brand or organizations likeness or logo used in the customers’ blankets and quilts. All pictures are approved for marketing use by the customer and are examples of our work. We do not sell pre-made t-shirt blankets and quilts.

*What is a video phone? A video phone is a device that assists Deaf and hard-of-hearing people who use sign language in communicating with others. The phones can be used by Deaf people to communicate with each other over the phone, or with hearing people through a sign language interpreter.
